Overview
From the last few years, I've particularly enjoyed working on _Red Phone Box: a Darkly Magical Story Cycle_, the _Sherlock Holmes Lost Cases_ mystery whodunit books, and _Unspeakable: Sigil and Sign_, an upcoming Cthulhu Mythos role-playing game. I've always loved genre fiction in its many guises -- I spent my childhood reading my way through my father's huge tea-chest of SFF paperbacks -- but I've worked on just about everything at this point.
There are a number of things I can do to help you, ranging from support services and light polishing right through to open-heart book surgery and even outline troubleshooting. Everything depends on what you need and what your goals are. I’m just as happy working on non-fiction as on fiction. One thing I won't do is quote on projects that I'm not a good fit for. Your time, money, and experience are important, and if I think you'd be better off going with someone else, I'll say so.
This is a fascinating time for the publishing industry. The e-book revolution is changing everything, and no one quite knows how things are going to turn out. The only certainty is that people are still reading a lot. It means that there are a load of new opportunities for writers at the moment, and that’s really exciting.
