I work from home in Machynlleth the Ancient Capital of Wales, right next to the oldest graveyard in town, in a crumbling house with my black cat, black chickens, heavy metal husband... and a ginger pom named Foxy!
I am a genuine bookworm and history nerd. I love getting my teeth into a good story and bringing the characters to life and I'm always happy to go the extra mile to get every detail right. I have worked on all sorts of projects from book covers and full story illustrations to theatre and festival posters. I have experienced easy breezy several months notice covers and 'any chance you can' super fast turnarounds. No job is too big or too small and every challenge is approached with equal enthusiasm. I am easygoing, upbeat and I work well with others.
