I have 20 years of experience working as a freelance translator (English-French into Spanish), copy editor and proofreader (in Spanish) in various areas, including the book publishing industry since 2007 (both fiction and non-fiction).I have translated more than 50 books in a wide variety of subjects: biographies, art, photography, design, music, cinema, architecture, history, children books, cooking, gardening, lifestyle, self-improvement...In fiction, I've taken part as a translator in two George R. R. Martin short story collections published in Spanish, and I am currently working in other science fiction projects for the same publisher as a freelance translator, copy editor and proofreader.Since I am a natural-born communicator, and literature is one of my passions, I am in my element in the field of books and literary translation. As a thorough professional, I will always review my texts until they reach spick and span status to my perfectionist eye :)I'm offering my translation expertise —and my passion for languages and literature— to writers publishing in English or French and seeking to have their books translated for the Spanish market.
