Overview
I help nonfiction authors think through the structure of their manuscripts, making sure the output matches the intent, the arguments are compelling, the language is clear and concise, and the readers have everything they need to follow along. In the business realm, this means strong positioning, good CTAs, and a clear and consistent plan for funneling readers toward your website.
I also work with science fiction authors by offering substantive input, helping to guide developing stories, and standardizing and clarifying the terms, words, and language that give that make your world special. I particularly love copyediting for science fiction and take pride in my robust and detailed style sheets (the document I use to keep track of terms, spellings, and other editorial matters throughout my work, which you're free to keep for your own reference).
