Overview
I’m an award-winning advertising art director and graphic designer. I also love books, of which I have many, including some I’ve designed myself and one that was dedicated to me by my father, who also loved books.
My first commissioned book design (cover and interior) was for “Encounters: With the Strange and Unexplained” by Matt Hoyle in 2007.
I bring to each book design project decades of design experience and I believe my biggest assets are conceptual thinking, clever design solutions, relevance, succinct communication and simplicity.
Where appropriate, I will also bring my illustration, photography and hand lettering skills to a project.
Originally from Australia, I now live in Portland, Oregon with a rock star husband and a crazy little dog with a big personality, called Oscar.
