Christian Rafetto – Designer

Hi, there! My name is Christian, and I’m passionate about creating excellent books that help to build the Kingdom of God. I’ve worked in the publishing industry for nearly a decade, doing everything from cover design and art direction to marketing, project management, and acquisitions.

I love working with clients, and strive to make the process simple, straight-forward, and collaborative. I leverage my abilities as an artist and publishing expert to produce a book cover that will compete aesthetically with bestsellers on the market today.

My passion is creating beautiful books, with excellent content, that encourage readers to love Jesus more and live more like Him. My greatest aesthetic inspiration comes from classic book covers, minimalist design, and children’s illustrations. My greatest literary influences are C. S. Lewis, George MacDonald, Dorothy Sayers, A. W. Tozer, Andrew Murray, Charles Spurgeon, Wendell Berry… and Shel Silverstein.

I am joyfully married to the love of my life, and we have five incredible kids. After living in Philadelphia and Pittsburg, we have made our home in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania. We live on a small homestead, where we raise mostly children, but also some chickens… and hopefully cows, goats, and sheep one day.
