An experienced publishing professional with over a decades’ worth of experience commissioning, managing and editing high-quality resources. I've worked in house as both an editor and commissioning editor at major international publishing houses - including Elsevier, Pearson and HarperCollins. As well as commissioning I'm an excellent proofreader and copy-editor.Over the years, I have worked across a variety of different subjects. For editorial work I specialise in the humanities, business and general subjects. For commissioning and project management, I'm happy to work across any sector. My background is in education and STM, but with substantial experience working on full-colour, illustrated textbooks I'm also very comfortable working on non-fiction and academic titles - after so many years working on education I'm actively seeking the opportunity to work on titles in different subject areas.
