Overview

I have served as lead designer on more than 50 books, including Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today bestsellers. As a native Texan, I grew up in west Texas where I earned my earned an Associates in Fine Art. Later, I graduated from The Art Institute of Austin with a BFA in Graphic Design.
I have won 3 Gold Ink Awards for printed book jackets, am a Publishing Professional's Network 48th Annual Book Show winner, and in 2017, won a coveted PRINT Regional Design Award for my book jacket design for 'Look' by James Gilmore.
I find design inspiration in beautiful package designs, clever infographics, and hand painted signs. I am sucker for peony flowers and any adventure where you might find a waterfall.
