Overview
I'm a book editor and author who's worked in the publishing industry for twenty years. I've worked with major companies, brands, debut authors, celebrities and more. I'm a storyteller who's always looking to connect readers with great content. I thrive on finding the spark of an idea to chase it down the path to a published book.
I've developed numerous book proposals and in my last full time role 85% of my list came from original content development. I can take your idea to a pitch and your pitch to a full manuscript.
I'm skilled in editing content for all ages and formats, and while the bulk of my experience has been in children's publishing, I'm also worked on adult genre fiction and inspirational nonfiction. I excel at content creation and development, and taking your words directly to the consumer in an engaging and accessible way. I've written books for numerous companies and brands, including as a ghostwriter for genre fiction. And I'm currently on submission with my own middle grade novel so I am well-versed in supporting someone in writing query letters, and navigating the submissions process with agents.
