Noha Elhady

Noha Elhady – Designer

I make children's books illustrations using watercolor, pencils and ink. I love working by hand and appreciate a well written story.

Overview

I'm a children book illustrator and architect originally from Cairo. I've studied design & fine arts, and am currently finishing my architecture studies. I've been illustrating children books since 2012, and have used this creative process to develop but also to completely finance my studies abroad.

Throughout the years I have worked in different art academies as a teacher for different age groups, but have also held my own art workshops for children in foster care in Cairo. I believe that both my artistic skill, love for children's books and fantasies, but also my knowledge and experience with children is a perfect addition to you as a writer so we can create beautiful harmonious work together.

I'm a true believer in traditional media, and mostly use watercolor and ink, as I believe working analog creates richer and more textured images. Choose me for a unique and well tailored project!
