Nikky Twyman – Editor

I am a copy editor/proofreader with more than 30 years of experience in a wide selection of subjects – educational books, children's information titles, English and foreign language learning, theatre, biography, music, and more... I am always up for an editorial challenge and to branch into new areas, although since 1986 I do seem to have worked on most subjects.I always offer a perceptive, professional approach to an author's work, whether I am copy editing or proofreading. 'Thorough' and 'thoughtful' are my middle names, a fact that has endeared me to a wide range of publishers. They know they can rely on me to work sensitively on a manuscript, and therefore invariably trust me to liaise directly with the author. My sense of humour has also served me well. especially in moments of editorial crisis.
