I'm a publicity, marketing and publishing professional with nearly a decade's worth of experience in the literary PR arena. I build author platforms and garner publicity for their work via innovative campaigns and also build all the necessities that they need in today's competitive market including websites and social media platforms tailored to their target readers. I also help authors self-publish and traditionally publish their books.
I graduated with a BA in Journalism, an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor concentration in Creative Writing. I started working in the literary PR industry in 2008 and my love for books and PR turned into the career of my dreams as a literary publicist. I've been a panelist and speaker at some of the most well-regarded literary conferences in the industry including the San Francisco Writers Conference, The West Coast Writers Conference and the Central Coast Writers Conference. I am also a judge for several book awards including the highly sought Benjamin Franklin Award from the Independent Book Publisher’s Association.
I work with almost all genres so please contact me even if your genre isn't listed below.
I provide a full range of book publicity and marketing services for authors. From building online platforms such as websites and social media platforms, to setting up book/reading/signing events and media interviews/ reviews. My clients have been featured on a variety of media outlets including The Los Angels Times, CNN, MSNBC, TODAY, Playboy Radio, The Huffington Post and a variety of other national, regional and local media outlets.
For authors looking to self-publish, I can help you set up all of your online seller platforms as well as help you launch your book so that it mirrors that of a traditionally published book launch.
