Overview
I'm a former historian and archaeologist with a PhD from University College London, who became an editor full time a few years ago, but who still publishes when I get the chance!
My editing experience began when I was still an academic, and I now have more than 15 years' experience of indexing, copy editing, language editing, and proof-reading academic texts. I can also read Latin. I also have extensive experience of language editing English texts written by non-native speakers; I will make your prose clearer and more understandable, but not remove your style.
I can create and edit style rules for both text and footnotes, to make your book or volume both consistent and clear. I can also deliver projects at short notice if required.
