Overview

I'm a book editor working primarily in children's and young adult fiction and nonfiction. I specialize in picture books, middle grade and YA novels, and nonfiction books for middle grade and young adult readers. My particular strengths are in developmental edits, structure, pacing, character development, and tone. I've worked on a #1 New York Times Bestseller (YA novel), and a number of very successful picture books, middle grade and young adult novels. I'm here to help writers tighten up their prose, refine their stories, and strengthen their books to give them their best shot in the marketplace.I like rom-coms, LGBTQ+ stories, and long walks to get breakfast burritos and cold brew.
