I have always had a great passion for fantasy, ever since I was young, rummaging through my parent's book collection, I would be transported to other worlds by the beautiful cover illustrations and fantastic stories.
It was this sense of wonder that drove me to create my own worlds, to try to capture that feeling that I had when I was a child.
Today, I work full time as a freelance illustrator and concept artist, and I strive to bring that passion and sense of wonder to the work I create for my clients.
I hope to work with you soon!
Renegade Game Studios
During my time freelancing for Renegade Game Studios I created all of the art assets for a board game called Proving Grounds, including a cover illustration, various tokens, and over 60 card illustrations. The game will be released in June 2019.
I am currently working with a start up board game company based in Canada. Over the past year I have created Concept artwork for characters, environments, creatures and items, I have been working with the game designer on world building and setting the visual style for a rich and varied subterranean world. I have also created many game assets like dungeon tiles, card illustrations and pieces of key artwork for game manuals and advertising. This game is still in development, so artwork cannot yet be shown, however, some preliminary character designs may be found on my instagram page.
During my time at cadre pictures I worked as a concept artist and illustrator for a variety of advertising campaigns. I worked closely with the 3D team to create billboard and bus shelter illustrations for the 2018 Queensland Commonwealth Games, produced storyboards and illustrated assets for the Australian Government's health star rating TV awareness campaign, as well as a variety of illustrations for smaller online banner advertisements.
In 2017 I founded my business and began my career as a full time freelance artist.
Nectar Game Studios
I worked Part time as a concept artist and illustrator for a Kickstarter CRPG video game called Project Resurgence. During my time with Nectar Game Studios I produced many key illustrations and environment concepts which helped the project generate $184,735 in funding through kickstarter. Unfortunately, the game ended up being too ambitious for this amount of funding and the company was forced to close it's doors before the game was completed.
