I can't even begin to express what a joy Betty was to work with. I have been working on my book for almost 5 years and we wanted the cover to be something special. Betty exceeded all of our expectations! She is both extremely talented and a very nice person - it was a lot of fun to work with her and I appreciate the patience she had with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend her - I am very grateful for the wonderful book cover and I will definitely be bringing her more work in the future.

BettyMar was a dream to work with. I liked her right off the bat so I ended the contest early so we could just work together with one on one, to complete the design with confidence. She's been amazing every step of the way; worked incredibly fast and sent me every adjustment without even a hint of irritation. She said, "It's your book, so we have to get it right," and took her time to teach me some aspects without me even having to ask. She simply recognized that I didn’t understand something in its entirety and offered clarification. This has been a beautiful experience around a project that I have worked so hard for, a novel 3 years in the making. THANK YOU BETTY!

Review by N.J. Simat

I have lots of experience designing and coming up with creative concepts for book covers for many different genres. My expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator allows me to move fast and efficiently throughout the process. I am easy to work with and passionate about my work. This is what I love to do so I put everything into it. Hire me for a one-to-one project, save money and I will handle your project with professionalism and creativity.

Successful design is design that achieves the intended results. Toward this end, I use my creativity and technical abilities to articulate a solution that achieves the business goals and customers’ needs. I have successfully designed a broad range projects including banner ads, landing pages, websites, print ads, brochures, catalogs, logos and more.

Along with tenures at companies like Toys "R" Us and Scholastic, Inc. my experience spans a broad range of industries, including insurance, financial, consumer packaged goods and children’s products & education. Some client companies include: MetLife, Marriott, GE, HBO, Cadbury Schweppes, Georgia-Pacific, Beiersdorf, Pitney Bowes, Carter's, Weekly Reader and Benchmark Education.

I studied at Pratt Institute in NYC earning a Masters Degree in Communications Design.

Betty was great to work with--professional, responsive, and quick to pick up and follow through on the cover concept I was looking for. The finished cover for my novel, "The Curious Case of Seaman Garber," is not only beautiful, it accurately portrays what the story is about. I couldn't be happier with Betty's work and would use her again in a heartbeat!

They were good to work with to create a design suitable for my book genre and expectations were met. Great result.

Betty was amazing! I came to her with little more than a vague notion of what I wanted. She took my directionless ideas and provided some really good options. Once we decided on which to go with, so never hesitated to continue to revise until we got it perfect (this despite my less-than-helpful feedback). She even pushed me to keep going when I felt like the cover was “good enough”. Now I have ...

I am delighted with the cover design Betty created for me. She was very responsive to my requests and quickly came up with a working cover design for me to review. She solicited my input on her ideas and sought to ensure that I was happy with the end result. She was very flexible when it came to waiting on me for several items I needed to provide (cover measurement specifications, ISBN numbe...
