He waited until the last minute and then missed his deadlines. In the end, he gave me files with issues that were not accepted by Amazon (both eBook and print), but then he went on vacation and was unable to help. I had to engage a different designer from Reedsy to clean up the mess he left behind. Is there any way I can get a refund for his service, since he was unable to fix the issues?
