The website for Mileah Therapy was inspired by the tranquil beauty of Moroccan design — a blend of earth tones, soft textures, and the symbolic journey of moving through doors into deeper spaces of healing. Like the therapeutic process itself, the site invites visitors to slow down, breathe, and step gently into a space that honors the whole self. With a minimal, intuitive layout, every page opens like a doorway — guiding the user through a calm, soul-aligned experience that reflects Mileah’s integrative approach to therapy. Rooted in natural elements and sacred simplicity, the design mirrors the essence of her work: a peaceful, grounded path toward wholeness.
Give Yourself Space | Mental Health
Give Yourself Space offers a serene digital environment designed to support self-reflection and personal growth. At the heart of the website is the feminine ψ logo, a powerful symbol rooted in the Greek word psyche, which historically represented breath, life, inner strength, and the soul. Over time, ψ has become the universal emblem of psychology, representing the study of the mind, behavior, and the human spirit.
By integrating this timeless symbol with the concept of Give Yourself Space, the design invites visitors to pause, breathe, and create a safe space for their inner world. Earthy tones of white, soft gray, and natural greens reinforce a sense of calm, stability, and renewal. Every element — from layout to color — supports a mindful, grounded journey, reflecting the compassionate approach of Rafaela’s practice.
