Mahadev Rojas Torres – Designer

Established in 2012 Vault is the UK’s number one leading company for styling, storing, photographing, and cataloguing high profile clients’ wardrobe such as Victoria Beckham’s.

Direction and execution of multiple aspects of the BYI aesthetic profile such as the development of the visual identity, which included the design of a new logo, a letterhead, business cards, website development and all other identity-related graphics; creative direction of press and digital promotion and social media platforms for events as well as the visual identity guidelines for future press and digital publications.

Working close to the Digital Chief Officer I led projects like creating the typography for Cerveza Zulia for all the advertising platforms; General Art Direction on specific projects as well as executing advertising campaigns creating guidelines for visual social media content for brands like Dewar’s, Regional Pilsen and Cerveza Zulia.

Creating learning experiences for the Graphic Design career including designing visual exercises, examples, presentations, planning and organising the curriculum for the year in course for each of the subjects I was responsible of teaching through conceptual discussions, conversations and most importantly the review of the work done by the students. They developed criteria and skills to move forward in the career which helped them define and achieve their goals and objectives.

I participated in all the creative projects working closely to the Creative Director and Head Publisher. During this period I designed and succeeded in publishing 8 different titles and redesigned the bengali quarterly magazine titled Gaudiya Darshan which was published for the first time in 1947 as well as working in other graphic and photographic projects.

I have executed and directed multiple design projects of branding, editorial, display, stationary, digital, web and audiovisual productions at the same time. I have also worked as a consultant for visual identity and museographic projects and have been part of large multi- disciplinary projects with museums.
