I currently work in production editorial for Macmillan, one of the top five publishing houses in the US, working on bestselling fiction and nonfiction titles, including adult thriller, mystery, romance, young adult, and more. My freelance proofreading and copy editing clients include other top publishers, such as Penguin Young Readers, Flatiron Books, and Tor Books, so I am well versed in the standards and style of bestselling fiction.

Using the standard tools of the top publishers, Chicago Manual of Style and Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, I will comb through your work with a close eye for detail, from typos and punctuation errors to querying style and story inconsistencies. With a copy edit or proofread, I will give your work an extra polish and shine---without changing any of your plot, story, or style.

I am open to editing almost any fiction material, and some nonfiction upon request. I prefer to work on proofreading and copyediting projects, but if you have another project in mind, I am open to discussing.
