Kylie Morelle – Editor

Kylie started her career in editing working at her university's writing center. After earning her Master's degree in Publishing, Kylie worked at Kensington Books in New York for 4 years before moving home to be closer to family. While at Kensington, Kylie primarily worked editing and producing eBooks, specializing in grammatical and formatting errors. She has experience reviewing quality errors reported from readers, so she knows the most common issues that frustrate your audience. Kylie currently works at Thomson Reuters, where she produces journals for legal professionals.

Kylie has always had a passion for reading and sought to build a career around the books she loves. Romance is her favorite genre, but she also has experience editing non-fiction, westerns, sci-fi/fantasy, thrillers, and everything in between! Kylie primarily works as a copy editor and proofreader, using a shared document to correct grammatical errors and identify areas for improvement to truly make your book shine. She likes to collaborate with the writers, making sure their voice is clear and their story compelling. In addition to copy editing, Kylie will provide suggestions for plot and language to help writers craft their best work.
