I have specialized in humorous illustration for about 2 decades. I love working with publishers and self-publishing authors.

Overview

I am a Portland, Oregon based illustrator and I love to draw funny things. My work has appeared in award winning children’s books, magazines, home decor, and a variety of other publications.

The enchanting, natural environment of the Pacific Northwest is a huge source of inspiration for my work, finding its way into my mythical creature prints, book illustrations, paintings and pattern designs. People are my other favorite sources of inspiration, and help me build the characters I draw and write about.

Some of my work is a digital/traditional hybrid style that uses watercolor texture and digital coloring. My comics and other illustrations are purely digitally drawn using Procreate.
