Hello! My name is Jenny, and I have worked in the Christian publishing industry for eight-plus years as both an editor and a ghostwriter. This dual experience allows me to advocate successfully for authors who want to reach readers with their message, meet industry standards, and honor their faith. I am a Christian, and I work exclusively in Christian non-fiction. My specialities include marriage, family, parenting, eschatology, commentaries, and study guides.
I offer two levels of editorial services:
1. Proofreading—This is strictly error correction (spelling, capitalization, grammar, and tense). It does not include typeset-ready formatting or citation development.
2. Editing—This service includes copyediting, citation development, and typeset-ready formatting. I will provide comments on any words, sentences, or paragraphs that are unclear and offer suggestions.
For all projects, I work in Microsoft Word. (I do not accept Pages or PDFs.) I adhere to Chicago Manual of Style and the Christian Writer’s Manual of Style.
When requesting a quote, please include at least three sample pages of your manuscript. The manuscript must be complete (no further additions) on the first official day of collaboration.
