I've coached and edited dozens of authors to complete their articles, books and book proposals and get their stories published. I believe that the more writers who share their stories and ideas, the more inclusive and well informed the world will be.

I've written for magazines, websites, newspapers and businesses for 25 years and I've published two books of my own. I know how hard it can be to get a story out of your head, onto the page, and out in the world, especially when you already have a busy life. What seems impossible - getting your book written and published - is totally achievable when someone you trust guides you through the process, and edits your work to polish and clarify your voice and message.

With all the writers I've coached, I've noticed that many face similar obstacles, like time management, goal setting, story construction, and getting their concept out of their head and onto the page. But the mother of all challenges is lack of confidence. Writers worry their story isn't worth writing or their writing isn't "good enough." They might face challenges with traditional reading and writing skills yet have an inspiring story that could help thousands.

I developed strategies and solutions to coach "my writers" from concept to completion; from "I have a book idea" to "I have a book in stores." I meet writers wherever they are on their writing path and help them reach their goals.

I love working with underrepresented and first-time authors, memoirists whose experience can change lives, and self-help/motivational writers.
