Jade Wheaton

Jade Wheaton – Designer

I am a creative book designer. I work across a wide range of genres, in both children's and adults' publishing.

Overview

I am a graphic designer, specialising in book design and have been working in London and Devon for the past 12 years. Working as a designer I have learnt how to project manage and art direct, whilst developing new concepts and books in fast paced environments. I have built up a strong network of clients and I have had the opportunity to work across both children’s and adults’ books. From designing book covers to working on large format illustrated titles, and typesetting pages, I thrive on making books come to life.

Over the last five years I have worked for Penguin Random House. This has enabled me to design across a wide spectrum of publications, including educational, lifestyle, gift and picture books.

I am always ready for a new challenge and would love to hear from you.
