Overview

I am an experienced magazine editor and textbook commissioning editor, specialising in educational resources. During my time at Cambridge University Press, I led the editorial development of 31 classroom resources (student textbooks, teacher resources, and student workbooks), with a particular focus on science and computing. For the last two years, I have been the editor of a magazine for computing teachers, with seven 100-page magazines under my belt.I am a meticulous proofreader, and a thoughtful copy editor and development editor. I am particularly skilled at editing copy designed for an international audience, with extensive experience publishing books for English-as-a-second-language learners and international syllabuses. As well as a specialism in computing and science educational resources, I also have a personal interest in taking on projects related to social sciences (with a degree in International Relations) and travel (with a travel blog, linked in my details). Working with me, you will get clear and timely communication, and a close eye to detail. I hope we can work together!
