Overview
I’m François, a French-born entrepreneur based in Singapore, working across fintech, payments, and legal tech.
I started my career in Norway in 2019 at Journey Agency, where I grew from designer to Creative Director over five years. I wasn’t just designing interfaces. I was building products end to end, working closely with developers, and speaking directly with clients to understand what actually moved their business. That meant dealing with real limits, budgets, timelines, and performance expectations. It taught me how to connect design decisions to measurable outcomes, and how to ship work that holds up in competitive markets. Most importantly, this is where I learned what real accountability means when your decisions directly impact outcomes.
In parallel, in 2020, I co-founded Advokatguiden, a platform built to bring more transparency to the legal industry. Early on, I was involved in shaping the product, structuring how lawyers and clients interact, and building the foundations of the platform. Over time, we expanded it into The Lawyer Guide and entered new markets, including the United States, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden. In 2024, I stepped in as CEO, where I’ve been focused on aligning product, monetisation, and growth. We refined the whole platform, from customer acquisition to user experience.
In 2024, I moved back to France and founded my agency. I built it as a way to work more directly with founders, beyond just design execution. I get involved early, helping shape the product, clarify positioning, and make decisions that impact adoption and revenue. The work is less about visuals and more about making sure what gets built is coherent, usable, and commercially viable.
In 2026, I moved to Singapore and joined Sambapay as Chief Commercial Officer. My role is to build the commercial side of the company from the ground up, from how the product is presented to the market to how it is sold and adopted by merchants. It’s a different layer of the same problem, understanding what makes a product credible, easy to adopt, and competitive in a market where trust and reliability matter.
Across these experiences, I’ve worked between design, product, and business long enough to understand where things usually break. I’m used to moving between building, thinking, and selling, and making sure those parts actually connect.

Online courses platform
I worked with a swedish company called Distansinstitutet to help them redesign their website selling online courses. The goal was to strongly focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation while having an optimal User Experience for people to easily browse through all the courses they sell. The User Interface had to be minimalist while having this recognisable branding to later on market their services online.
Financial advising company
I redesigned the website of a financial advise/investment company helping people to diversify their investment wallet. The goal was to give a serious image of the company services while optimising the conversion rate to generate leads and more prospects for them.
PointBank - Fintech concept landing page
I designed numerous Framer template for my clients and PointBank is one of the template I did for Fintech type of company looking for a simple landing page to present their service. It's a one-page type of site with scrollable section, ideal for a marketing campaign landing page or just publish a simple website in no time.
