I have worked in children’s publishing for over seventeen years in roles as diverse as Rights Manager to Literary Agent to Senior Editor to Acting Publisher. My employers have included small independent publishers and larger corporate companies like Penguin, Egmont, Bloomsbury and Little Tiger. This experience has given me a unique perspective on what works commercially as well as finely honed author/illustrator liaison skills and the ability to shape a story from start to finish with flair and personality. Over this time I have edited and published hundreds of books ranging from novelty to picture books to non-fiction and gift as well as written and published over twenty of my own titles.
