I have edited or copyedited books by Jean Anderson, Mario Batali, Martha Rose Shulman, Michael Solomonov, John Besh, Charlie Palmer, Chris Santos, Dale Talde, Seamus Mullen, Max Brenner, Michael Psilakis, Dr. Arthur Agatston, and many other award-winning cookbook authors.
INDIE AUTHORS: My recent independent projects include editing a vegetarian cookbook/memoir by a yoga teacher in Greece, helping a cooking teacher in Hong Kong produce her bilingual cookbook for newlyweds, copyediting Nancy Baggett's The Art of Cooking with Lavender, and the first book by a Korean cooking teacher in NYC.

Projects I worked on in 2016 include copyediting "Zahav" by Michael Solomonov; "The Del Posto Cookbook" by Mark Lardner; "Red Rooster Cookbook" by Marcus Samuelsson; "The Simple Art of Vegetarian Cooking" by Martha Rose Shulman; and "Desserts LaBelle" by Patti LaBelle. I also edited "Sicily: The Cookbook" by Melissa Muller; and edited the recipes for "The Art of Entertaining: Relais & Chateaux."
Projects for independent authors include "The Art of Cooking with Lavender" by Nancy Baggett; "Vegetarian Dishes from My Korean Home" by Kim Shin; "My Vegetarian Life" by Patrick Fullan; and "Sexy's Best" by Brian Patton.
