David Demers

David Demers – Ghostwriter

David is a ghostwriter who specializes in biographies and business/self-help books. He ghostwrote a best-selling book on real estate.

Overview

I worked as a journalist and journalism professor before ghostwriting for others. I have penned four ghostwritten books, one of of which is a best-seller in the real estate section at Amazon.com (ABCs of Buying Rental Property, by Ken McElroy). I am author or editor of 19 scholarly and trade books, most published through a variety of national publishers. I also run a small book publishing company and have helped many clients publish their own books.

I specialize in biography and business/self-help books. One of my strengths is making complex things simple. My writing style emphasizes short sentences and paragraphs, and lots of examples/anecdotes. I prefer to show rather than tell. I can provide as much or as little assistance as you require. My hourly/job rates are 50% to 75% less expensive than large ghostwriting firms. If I don't think I am the right person for your job, I will tell you and offer to help you find the right person.
