Work experience
Self-employed
As a freelance illustrator I work on editorial projects, in particular picture books, fiction and non-fiction. I collaborate with publishers and writers, who give me a text on which I set the storyboard to the agreed number of pages, format, series. I do the breakdown of the text on pages and after the publisher's review, I proceed to colour proofing, and then the final illustrations, both the inside pages and the cover. When required, I also do the graphic layout.
Sometimes I also have commissions as a graphic and illustrator designer at the same time, in which case I do branding, infographics, packaging, illustration and graphics for magazines, advertising, art exhibitions, textile design.
