Dana Nichols

Dana Nichols – Editor

I’m a proofreader working in health, lifestyle, travel, and architecture/design. Degree in print journalism. Bestseller experience.

Overview

Hi! I'm a friendly proofreader, a native of Los Angeles, and graduate of the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. My professional career has focused on travel/hospitality, health/lifestyle, and arts/architecture/design. In addition to being a proofreader I have been a magazine writer, newspaper writer, copywriter, public relations writer, and communications director. Most recently, I proofread the bestseller "Real Food for Pregnancy," which is a "must-read for any woman or health professional interested in prenatal nutrition."

I love working with new authors and enjoy going through their book as the final step in their editing process. I want authors to have the confidence that their book is error-free and polished before it goes out to the world.

I wouldn’t change a single thing about my experience working with Dana. Her proofreading and copy editing made a tremendous difference in the readability of my first book.
