Hello, I'm a huge bookworm who has managed to turn her passion into a career! I started out as a part-time freelance proofreader/copyeditor in 2011 alongside my marketing job, and then I went full-time freelance in 2015. It was scary, but I've never looked back!
I started out working with indie authors on sci-fi, fantasy, horror and literary novels, and I still work on fiction projects occasionally. Most of my work now is in non-fiction, particularly science & nature and self-help books for major publishers including Bloomsbury, Dorling Kindersley, Elliott & Thompson, Penguin and The School of Life. In my spare time, I am studying for a BSc in Astronomy and Planetary Science, and I love to write (and read!) science fiction and fantasy.
