Megan Terry

Megan Terry – Editor

Denver Publishing Institute graduate with eight years of editing experience, specializing in business nonfiction and children's fiction.

Overview

My name is Megan and I'm an editor and ghostwriter based in Idaho. I offer editing for fiction and nonfiction books. I also ghostwrite nonfiction. My greatest passion is working with fantasy and children's authors. Whether you need a simple proofread or some heavy book doctoring, I'm willing to work with your preferences and your voice to create a manuscript that's ready to reach the world.

On top of my three years of editing experience, I received a graduate certificate from the Denver Publishing Institute and have a B.A. in English writing with a minor in editing and publishing from Whitworth University. I work with Aloha Publishing editing and ghostwriting nonfiction manuscripts, and I edit fiction and nonfiction on my own time.

"Megan’s eye for detail and skill have been a great asset. She is able to give the kind of edit I need, thorough, but without overwriting my voice. She meets deadlines so I am able to as well. Having an editor I trust gives me peace to focus on story." —Hilarey Johnson, author of Sworn to the Desert
