Titles I've worked on include The Healing Power of Mindfulness by Jon Kabat-Zinn, The War on Normal People by Andrew Yang, Layered Money by Nik Bahtia, and Birth Without Fear by January Harshe.

Cathy's suggestion on the overview of the content and structure was particularly helpful. Your guidance on closing gaps in the overall structure has given me a clearer understanding of how to enhance the coherence and logical flow. I appreciate the time and effort you put into providing detailed suggestions for improvement. Thank you Cathy

She'll suggest promo tactics that you must consider. A contradiction or three in there? Cathy will ...

Cathy was a thoughtful, engaged editor focused on making my voice and content shine. She was instrumental in getting me to jettison seventy pages of suboptimal or tangential content for the final draft. Her work on systematizing the tone and humor was also invaluable. Very happy about my choice! Highly recommend her for this kind of non-fiction.

My nonfiction project was a long and difficult one for any editor. Cathy made constructive suggestions and made the book compliant with the Chicago Manual of Style. I wrote it over a number of years in starts and stops, which resulted in a number of inconsistencies that Cathy straightened out. I am very pleased with her professional work.
