Overview
Need someone to take your great idea and turn it into a book? I've worked with many business people, experts and personalities to turn their skills and knowledge into best-selling books.
Some of my clients include:
- A television entertainment reporter
- A singer and actor
- A teenage adventurer
- One of the giants of Australian social policy
- A real-estate buyers' advocate
- A well-known personal trainer
- A longevity researcher
- A well-known restaurant and its chef
- A garden photographer
- A landscaper
For many years, as well as writing books, I've worked as a freelance journalist and editor, specialising in the fields of travel, food and wine, design and women's lifestyle subjects. This has given me excellent research and interview skills, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines – always with good humour and an eye on the details.

Work experience
Copygirl
My day-to-day roles as a writer and editor vary greatly, from proofreading social media posts to working on books for mainstream publishing houses. I'm also a travel writer and copywriter.
Grin Creative
As head of content, I was the editor of a travel magazine called Get Lost, oversaw the production and quality of two other magazines, and wrote and edited copy – everything from punchy advertisements to entire websites – for clients. While I was head of content, Grin Creative was named Small Publisher of the Year at the Mumbrella Awards.
