Currently working out of Australia and from the UK, I work as a freelance designer specialising in illustrated non-fiction books.
With experience in art-direction and design for publishing houses such as Hardie Grant London, Quarto, DK and Smith Street Books, my passion lies in array of genres from craft to cookery and lifestyle books.

I have worked as an art-director and designer on illustrated titles covering Mind Body Spirit, Craft and Lifestyle. On these books, I was involved in the layout design, commissioning, illustrating and sending the final files ready for print production.
Self-employed
Specialising in non-fiction illustrated books (Olivia Bush Studio), I work as a freelance book and layout designer, with experience in art-direction and commissioning for global publishing houses and smaller-scale, independent businesses. From mass-market gifting titles sold in the US and AUS to beautiful, hand-bound stay guides hand-crafted locally, previous projects have reached both ends of the spectrum.
