I have provided a variety of editorial services for clients including book publishers, self-publishers, packagers, blog writers and government departments. I've recently enjoyed proofreading several series of cookbooks and interior-design pictorials.

Responsible for commissioning all content (text, images and maps), and ensuring that publishing projects were delivered to time and budget, including developing (as part of a team) the first edition of Lonely Planet's best-ever selling The Travel Book (over one million copies sold in all editions).

Edited pictorials, illustrated reference, travel literature and calendars and diaries, with responsibility for the text from receipt of manuscripts to completed artwork.

Edited interactive CD-ROM study revision packages, designed to meet the British secondary school syllabus for maths and physics.
