Overview

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my Reedsy page. I am an illustrator and graphic artist currently residing in Jackson, Michigan with my librarian husband, calico cat, Iris, and son, Arthur. After graduating from Kendall College of Art and Design with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design in 2008, I launched my career by successfully helping authors bring their stories to life through my art for more than 10 years. Since I was young, I've always enjoyed adventure stories with magical twists. My portfolio reflects on my style of visual story telling.

It is very important for me to give my clients a wonderful experience during their projects. My past experience focuses on children's picture books; however, my future endeavors aim for illustrating Middle-Grade chapter books and YA Fantasy covers. Being a professional, energetic, and creative illustrator, I look forward to collaborating with you on your book project!

Work closely with ad reps and clients to create compelling ad designs for a well known local news paper and magazines in the Berrien County Michigan area. Expertly use Adobe programs such as Illustrator and InDesign to create ads and page layouts. Organize files and meet tight deadlines for publication.

Create eye-catching visual illustrations for book covers and picture books using Adobe Photoshop and a Wacom Tablet. Work with publishing editors and writers to create the best visual representation for their book to capture the reader's attention.
