David Barraclough – Editor

I have a wealth of publishing experience, having started as an assistant editor and more recently held the position of Publishing Director for Omnibus Press. Not surprisingly, I have experience of every aspect of the editorial process.

I'm creative, collaborative, have excellent organisational skills, a first-rate eye for detail and have retained a great enthusiasm for books of all kinds. My main subject areas have been music, film, comics history and TV, but my own interests are naturally wider than that.

I have also worked on many different formats of books: text-led titles, large illustrated books, graphic novels and elaborate deluxe collector’s editions. Over the years I have therefore worked closely with many well-known celebrities, have plenty of experience of licensed publishing and worked with most of the Hollywood studios on film and TV tie-in books.

However, whatever the book, each one needs the same level of care and individual attention, as each one is different.
