I have published five books in wellbeing and parenting with major publishers and my work has been translated into 17 languages. I have titles published by Penguin Random House (2015), Watkins Publishing (2015, 2016, & 2017) and Little, Brown (2017).
I have worked as a freelance editor offering manuscript assessments, copy editing and ghost writing over ten years, including copy editing for Watkins Publishing.
I devised and delivered a course in Creative Writing for Wellbeing at Oxfordshire Mind to help those struggling with mental health problems.
