Overview

I am an award-winning published author and ghostwriter, specializing in nonfiction, academic research writing, and personal memoirs. In particular, I specialize in experiences of individual and social identity, and I am passionate about exploring the different ways people see and understand the world. My work has been described by reviewers as "inspired" and "a welcome addition" to scholarship on US culture.

As a ghostwriter, my primary goal is representing the individual voice of the client, and I approach this work with curiosity and enthusiasm for your unique perspective. I have more than a decade of experience speaking with people and translating their ideas and experiences into a variety of nonfiction formats, including multiple books, long form articles, and short online pieces. My passion is for personal memoir, and I have worked with over a dozen authors in this genre, working together to craft engaging narratives and build momentum toward publishing the stories of their lives. I have worked with people from all types of perspectives and from all walks of life, and I have worked hard to hone my skills in listening and collaborating with authors.

When I'm not writing, I enjoy watching movies, cooking, and knitting, as well as caring for my two cats and two dogs. I love getting to know new people, and pride myself on being open minded to others' perspectives. I would welcome the opportunity to hear your story and help you get it down on paper!
