Overview
I am the New York Times Best Selling author of more than three hundred children's books. I started my career with the award-winning chapter book series, Blast to the Past. Since then, my books include the popular Girls Who Code: The Friendship Code and 6 original titles for Netflix's Spirit: Riding Free.
My resume includes non-fiction biographies for historical figures as well as junior movie tie-in novels for blockbuster films, like Boss Baby 2, Batman Dark Knight, Hotel Transylvania, and The Smurfs. Currently, I'm launching the Boxcar Children mystery spin-off called The Jessie Files and writing young-reader ghost stories.
In the adult space. I started my writing career as a romance author for Kensington and yes, I love to watch all the Hallmark movies. I also dabble in genealogy and have written family memoirs.
I enjoy working independently or in a collaborative environment. I write fast and makes changes readily. As a side note, I'm also a rabbi, so even though I find myself writing mostly other things (Smurfs, LEGOs, fairies, horses, mysteries, etc...) Jewish interest stories are always intriguing.
I'll gladly help you with your next project whether you need something developed from concept or a revision of your own text.
