My publishing career includes three years as a proofreader at Macmillan, Fodor’s, and Simon and Schuster; two years as a graduate teaching assistant/substitute undergraduate lecturer in the Humanities at the University of Texas at Dallas; and more than a decade providing freelance book reviews and editorial synopses to Foreword, Independent Publisher, and other art platforms and individual aspiring writers.
