Theresa Chiechi – Designer

I am an illustrator/cartoonist, graduated from the School of Visual Arts. I’m heavily inspired by gothic horror, historical events, folklore, and my Italian heritage. I love working with bright colors and playing up interesting shapes in my compositions.

I’ve illustrated thousands of articles for Dotdash Meredith, America's largest digital and print publisher, for brands such as Lifewire, Investopedia, Verywell Health, Verywell Mind, and Tripsavvy. In the cartooning world, I’m currently illustrating a Lovecraftian horror comic series titled, Ithaqa. Past published works include Amongst The Liberal Elites published through powerHouse Books and LEO: Inventor Extraordinaire, published through Zonderkidz.
