Susana Lima – Designer

I’m a designer and illustrator who loves designing books, especially children's books. I can also help on literary and poetry titles.

Overview

I’ve been working as a professional illustrator and designer for over 15 years with a combination of traditional and digital techniques. My favourite genres to work in are children's books, romance and literature and I have worked for publishing houses as well as independent writers. I've been working with the major publishing house in Portugal "Porto Editora" since 2005 in various illustration projects from adult poetry to children's picture books and middle grade titles.I look forward to hear about your next project! :)

My experience working with Susana was wonderful! There was a constant communication, her expertise in the publishing world was very helpful for the gaps of my knowledge about it. Her ideas and attention to detail elevated the initial plan for the book to something much better.
