Performed proactive retail, library, and school marketing for audiobooks, wrote engaging blog posts for department's Wordpress site using HTML and SEO, wrote copy for email newsletters, curated themed audiobook collections, and composed social media posts on official accounts in department's voice. Also created sell sheets for 150+ adult and children's audiobooks each season (450+ per year), and planned/managed the creation of digital and physical audiobook catalogs. Made sales pitches that impacted my team's goal of achieving $3,850,000 in advances per year, created strong and trusting relationships with customer base, and implemented a change in department's product submission process to a more efficient and sustainable system.

Additional Tasks: Copy-wrote and copy-edited product promotional materials to send to both domestic and international customers, created documents in Excel for departmental organization, performed customer service by gathering and organizing materials for clientele and coordinating with production department to make sure deadlines were met, managed contractual agreements, worked with digital asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and performed some clerical work.
