Sofi Rogers – Editor

I am a Content Editor looking to expand into new and exciting fields. I currently edit and ghostwrite tech publications at a worldwide company who are constantly jumping on emerging topics within the tech field.Books that I have worked on and have been credited as Senior Editor are Hands-On Neural Networks with TensorFlow 2.0, and What's New in Tensorflow 2.0, both published by Packt. Before becoming a Senior Editor (content editing) I acted as a Language Support Editor, ghostwriting publications by authors who do not speak English as their first language. I aspire to continue with this more copy-editing and ghostwriting focused role as a freelancer.I have experience in Copywriting and proofreading, having written press releases and articles as a freelancer. My Copywriting experience has covered topics within the construction industry and beyond.I am keen to gain experience in editing within other areas (not limited to the tech field) and the dream I am chasing is to one day take my editorial skills into a fiction editing role in a new city. I adore writing my own poetry and short stories, and in my own fiction, I explore themes of love and human trials, and I am keen to edit works that grapple with similar passions.Because I understand what it means to have strong passions, I love working with authors intimately to ensure that we create something that they are proud of. When ghostwriting, I've made sure to capture the author's true meaning and expression, whilst delivering work that meets a high editorial standard.
