Overview
Since graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design, I’ve spent over a decade finding novel ways to communicate stories and ideas in the animation and design world. From corporate clients large and small, experimental animation, a Netflix series, children's television, opera, documentary feature films, stage graphics, illustration, print and traditional graphic design, many of my projects have won shiny accolades (two Emmy nominations, to name a few) or gained recognition by the powers that be. My first published illustration was on the front page of the NY Times Style Section when I was 6. This is what I do.
Design-driven storytelling is my passion in any medium, industry, or location. My career in the professional creative sphere has given me amazing opportunities to master a wide variety of both digital (photoshop illustration, photo collage, mixed media, typography, slick vector illustration, infographics etc) and traditional media styles (charcoal, pencil, paint, collage, photography, embroidery, sculpture). Whether you have a visual direction in mind or are looking for options, I can make it happen. I'm comfortable working fast and efficiently while delivering top-tier work on schedule.
My clients and collaborating studios span 6 continents (looking at you, Antarctica!) with an equally diverse and inspiring array of cultures, aesthetics, and goals. I am available for hire on an individual basis or as a team, drawing on my network of the most talented artists out there.
When not designing, I can usually be found wandering the city/countryside/beach with my silly pup, Henry, or wrangling my plant collection so my apartment doesn’t turn into Jumanji (again).
Thank you, and I look forward to hearing about your project.
