I am an Associate Editor at a traditional publisher, with over 5 years of experience editing middle grade and young adult novels. I acquired and edited B&N Childrens & YA Book Award Finalist, The Witch, the Sword, and the Cursed Knights by Alexandria Rogers, which received 3 starred reviews. As well as critically acclaimed books such as Zoulfa Katouh’s As Long as the Lemon Trees Grow, which was a Book of the Month pick, M. T. Khan's Nura and the Immortal Palace, and Ream Shukairy's The Next New Syrian Girl.


As an editor, I can help you fine tune your query pitch or retail copy by using my experience reviewing agent pitches and writing retail and jacket copy for bestselling books such as Holly Black's The Queen of Nothing and The Stolen Heir.
